Our commitment to your Safety and Cleanliness
This “new norms” best practices and policies in Sari Pacifica Resort & Spa Redang Island to enhance its hygiene practices and protocols in light of combating COVID-19 pandemic. These protocols were already in place on the onset of the outbreak in early January 2020 and will be continuously practised adhering to the new standards and SOPs issued by the Ministry of Health.
Guests are reminded to always wear a face mask when in our premises. Wearing a face mask is a MUST when you are outside your room, main lobby area, restaurant, common areas and when you visit our facilities.
1 METER SOCIAL DISTANCING
The hotel adopts the practice of social distancing of 1 meter. Please help us by respecting the practice of social distancing of 1 meter from each other. In some areas, 1 meter distance floor markers are marked for your guidance.
According to the call of the Malaysian government, guests are REQUIRED to scan the QR code of the MySejahtera application when entering the main lobby and visiting our facilities.
Hand sanitizer is available in the main lobby as well as in our facilities for guest use.
To minimize direct contact with guests' luggage, guests are advised to bring their own luggage accompanied by our hotel staff. For guests who require assistance with more than 4 pieces of luggage, guests can request assistance from our hotel staff to lift the guest’s luggage after being sanitized.
ROOM CLEANING AND CHANGE OF BATH TOWELS
ADMISSION OF HOTEL EMPLOYEES TO THE GUEST ROOM IS LIMITED. Hotel employees are not allowed to enter the guest room after the room has been sanitized. Therefore, housekeeping and maintenance workers are only allowed to enter the guest room at the request of the guest only.
Room cleaning times and change of guest bath towels are based on guest request only from 2pm to 5pm daily.
Beach towel are provided inside the room according to room capacity.
Prayer Mat services for Muslim guests have been temporarily suspended. Guests are encouraged to use the prayer mat they brought with them.
Laundry service is on a guest request only from 2pm to 5pm daily.
Seating is arranged at a distance of 1 meter with floor markers.
To control congestion and the practice of 1 -meter social distancing, the main lobby is closed to guests to rest from 8am to 6pm. daily.
KAYU MANIS RESTAURANT
Guest admission to Kayu Manis restaurant is limited.
Kayu Manis Restaurant adopts a one -way entry and exit system. Floor markers are provided for guest guidance.
Dining tables and seating are arranged at a distance of 1 meter with markers.
Guests will be assigned seating based on table capacity and number of guests according to the same household.
Guests MUST wear face masks and disposable gloves provided when taking food at the buffet station.
Children under the age of 7 are not allowed to take food without adult supervision.
Meals prepared at the buffet station are always closed to ensure food hygiene. Guests are reminded to always close again after use.
LAWANG CONVENIENCE STORE
Admission of guests to the Lawang convenience store is limited to maintain the practice of social distancing of 1 meter.
Snorkel masks are sanitized after each use. However, for guests who choose not to share a snorkel mask, guests can purchase a snorkel mask at the Lawang convenience store.
