  • Extension Night inclusive of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

  • Age calculation is by year

  • Infant ages 0 to 3 years old stay for free sharing bed with parents up to 2 Infants in one room

  • Surcharge RM25 per person per night will be imposed during Weekend (Friday & Saturday) and National Public Holiday

  • 2 nights stay in selected room

  • Return sea transfer to Redang Island (Boat or Ferry)

  • 2X breakfast, 2X lunch  and 2X dinner (BBQ on Saturday)

  • Complimentary return shuttle from Redang Jetty to Resort

  • Complimentary 1X Redang Island Snorkeling Trip (Open sea + Turtle Point) with snorkel mask and life jacket on the second day of your stay at 03.00pm

What's Excluded in The Package

  • Marine Park Centre Conservation Fee: RM10 for Malaysian | RM35 for Foreigner

  • Merang Waterfront Jetty Access Fee: RM5 per Adult & Child (6yrs above)

  • Ferry Ticket for Infant (0-3yo): RM15 per infant per way

  • Tourism Tax: RM 10.00 per room per night (Foreigner Only)

  • Insurance Coverage

  • Land Transfer

  • If the weather or sea conditions are bad, the ferry will depart/arrive at Kampung Baru Pulau Redang Jetty. Therefore, guests have to take a water taxi at their own expense of RM20.00 one way per person

SHUTTLE SERVICE TO RESORT SCHEDULE 2021

*Guests are required to wait at jetty for scheduled shuttle service from jetty to the resort. For any shuttle services outside of our scheduled hours, you will be charged RM5.00 (06.00am - 06.00pm) and RM10.00 (06.00pm - 12.00am) per person per way.

Marine Park Conservation Fund and Merang Waterfront Jetty Access Fee are mandatory to pay at the jetty. Kindly proceed to Counter K2 upon arrival and show your e-voucher.

*Please be at the Jetty 30 minutes before departing time. Public parking is available at both jetties.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT

  1. 10% deposit (NON-REFUNDABLE) is required upon confirmation. The remaining balance shall be made 21 days prior arrival.

  2. Full payment is required if the arrival date is less than 21 days upon confirmation.

  3. All payment will be forfeited if there is any cancellation or amendment of the booking.

  4. There will be NO refund or reduction of rates on any services provided in the package which is not utilized.

  5. Tourism Tax (TTx) is exempted from 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2021.

  6. Sales and Service Tax (SST) is exempted from 1 March 2020 to 30 June 2021.

  7. Offer is not applicable for group bookings and/or use with other special offers/promotions.

  8. The Resort reserves the right to terminate or amend the offer without prior notice.

 

NO SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. In the event of: NO-SHOW & SHORTEN STAY, full length of stay will be charged.

  2. Full payment will be converted to cancellation fee if there is cancellation / amendment of the booking.

  3. Any amendment or postponement of arrival date after full payment will not be entertained.

 

FORCE MAJEURE POLICY/FORCE CIRCUMSTANCES

  1. In the event of force circumstances, 50% of the Full Payment will be forfeited. Remaining 50% balance payment will be refunded within 60 working days from the date of approval by Maxota Sdn Bhd.

  2. Any approved refund payment will deduct out any payment processing fees taken by the bank or credit card company, 3rd parties or government.
